EDITORIAL T – LGBTQIA+ Pride Month

This year Aro Lab produced an exclusive editorial for Pride Month. We opened our design lab for a team of LGBTQIA+ young people to create their own original project. The creation of the editorial was a wonderful process of collaboration and partnership. The initial concept was inspired by the film Matrix, created by trans women, and which brings the story of the film as an allegory about gender transition. The creative team behind the editorial was composed mostly of trans and non-binary people. We need representative people at every stage of fashion production and the market needs to make room for new creative minds. We at Aro believe that introducing new talents to the market is a duty.
